Craft beer & Cheese pairing

  • Until now, cheese and wine were considered THE indulgent lovers, but now beer is moving more and more into the spotlight as the perfect companion!

    In the one-hour seminar you will be tasting three very different beer specialties by the Munich Brew Mafia with matching cheeses.

  • The Munich Brew Mafia is a craft beer brewery from Munich that offers craft beer, brewing courses, beer tastings.

    The seminar will be lead by Alex Silbermann.

  • The seminar costs 20 € + ticket fees. The ticket can only be purchased IN COMBINATION with a festival ticket.

A culinary adventure: Food & Beer pairing with Enzo & Matthias

  • In the 1.5 hour seminar, Enzo and Matthias will take you on a culinary adventure. Enzo will tell you interesting stories about the beers, and Matthias will show you how to bring beer and food together in a creative way. There will be four different beers from breweries in attendance, as well as a few rare beers from Enzo's private collection. They will serve a matching Asian-inspired snack with each beer.

  • Matthias is a passionate event chef and caterer who specializes in combining food and beer in innovative ways. Enzo is a passionate beer professional and collector of rare beers, a true beer connoisseur.
